Dr Lester Goldman is passionate about effectiveness and efficiency. His doctorate is in business administration, and amongst other professional registrations is a professional accountant (SA). An experienced corporate executive, who has been involved in the professional association sector as a C-level executive for two Professional Associations, he is WISA’s current CEO. He has been involved in the SMME development, finance and accounting, and entrepreneurial sectors for over 20 years. His passion is for unlocking the potential within teams and individuals, thereby contributing to their growth and development. He believes in continuous development and learning, and strives to create an enabling environment within organisations, to allow positive change. Most importantly, Lester loves learning from every single person he meets.

Jaco Seaman– The Marketing & Events Manager oversees WISA’s marketing activities with the support of external service providers. One of the biggest roles in this department is the planning and execution of WISA events. These include small and medium sized events in support of internal departments, branches, technical divisions and empowerment platforms. The department is also responsible for the planning and execution of the WISA Biennial Conference & Exhibition every two years. This is WISA’s flagship event and the most influential in the South African water sector.

Melissa Cousins– The Operations Manager oversees membership, training and projects. Ms Cousins also fulfills the role of Board Secretary.

Reagen Maistry – The Finance Manager is responsible for the WISA Finance Department, which is run with the assistance of a Finance Administrator and Debtors Clerk.
